Why we created it

Don't wait for someone else's calendar. Italy is ready when you are.

You have dreamed about this trip for a while. You travel well, you value your independence, and you know exactly what kind of experience in Italy you are looking for. What is missing is the right person to go with, at the right time.

The Dolce Vita Social Circle is our answer: an exceptional journey for people who arrive on their own and enjoy good company when they choose to, on their own terms.

  • Private guides and premium private vehicles
  • Your Travel Angel, 24/7 during the journey
  • Created and run by an Italian team

What it is, and what it isn't

A social circle, not a tour.

Not a singles trip.

Your relationship status is irrelevant, and there is no dating element. It is simply designed for people who travel solo.

Not a group tour.

No coach, no flags, no crowd. One table, one premium vehicle, eight people at most.

Never forced.

No icebreakers, no mandatory activities. Skip what you like, and nobody will ask why.

Your own room. Always.

Every guest has a private room, by design. At the end of each day, your space is yours.

How we build the circle

The company is curated as carefully as the itinerary.

  1. Request your invitation.

Tell us a little about yourself, or ask your travel advisor to introduce you.

  2. A 15-minute conversation.

With our team, about how you like to travel and what you hope to find.

  3. Your Social Circle Introduction.

A relaxed conversation, not an interview, so we can be sure the format is right for you and for the group.

  4. Secure your room.

A deposit confirms your place. Price, payment schedule and conditions are set out in your written proposal.

  5. Meet before you go.

A virtual aperitivo with your fellow travelers before departure.

We can't promise friendship. We can promise a carefully chosen social circle, a small table and the right setting.

The Dolce Vita Social Circle is created by Meraviglioso Travel, an Italian boutique DMC that designs private journeys for travel advisors and their clients. Our own team coordinates drivers, guides and hotels, and stays with you throughout.

Your Travel Angel: a dedicated contact who speaks your language, available 24/7 during the journey.

I created this journey for a traveler I meet all the time: someone who can travel beautifully and wants to go now, not ‘one day’, but doesn't always have the right person to go with.

Questions, answered

Before we meet.

Is this a singles trip?

No. It is designed for people who travel solo. Relationship status is irrelevant, and there is no dating element.

Is it for women only?

No. The journey welcomes women and men; we aim for a balanced, compatible circle.

Who is it for?

Independent, culturally curious travelers who are used to traveling well, enjoy food, wine, art and conversation, and value their own space.

How do you choose the group?

Every guest has a short Social Circle Introduction before confirming. In rare cases we may suggest that a different kind of journey would suit you better, to protect the experience for everyone.

Do I have to join every activity?

No. The program is curated, but you can skip an activity whenever it is practical.

What if I'm more of an introvert?

That is often a very good fit. The group is small, nothing is forced, and there is personal time every day.

Will I have my own room?

Yes, always. Every guest has a private room, by design.

How much free time is there?

Each chapter has unscheduled time: mornings, afternoons or evenings that are yours for shopping, a spa, a walk or simply rest.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?

Yes. We can arrange extra nights before or after the journey, anywhere in Italy.

Can I book through my travel advisor?

Yes. Ask your advisor to contact us, or include their name when you write to us and we will coordinate with them.

Are flights included?

No. Your advisor, or we, can help with flights and insurance.

How do I secure my place?

After a first conversation with our team and your Social Circle Introduction, a deposit confirms your room. Your written proposal sets out the price, payment schedule and conditions.
